Improves the spatial distribution of features chosen for --retain-points-multiplier, by choosing features that would be visible in the next N zooms (where N may be a floating point number) instead of the points that immediately follow the lead feature in spatial sequence.

Also adds --preserve-multiplier-density-threshold, which maintains a minimum feature density, like --preserve-point-density-threshold, but for multiplier features instead of primary features.
