서울디지털동행플라자 서남지역 교육/체험 클래스 예외 처리 추가
- 인원이 꽉 차있다가 빠진 경우 -> status = true 처리
- 수강 가능한 상태였다가 인원이 꽉 차 신청을 하지 못하는 경우 -> status = false 처리
