Sensor Mount

This page describes how to create the sensor mount unit. To complete this section, you need:

• Intel ZR-300 (Parts List, ID 2)
• Four vibration absorbers (dampers) (Parts List, ID 8)
• Four 2.5Mx4 screws (dampers) (Parts List, ID 14)
• ZR-300 mount (Parts List, ID 9)
• Two 2.6Mx10 screws (Parts List, ID 15)

Steps

1. Print the sensor mount (Parts List, ID 9). Printed result is shown below:

2. Inset the rubber dampers (Parts List, ID 8) into the drone mount and attach it with the sensor mount as shown below (left and right images, respectively).

3. We need 4 screws (Parts List, ID 14) to attach the assembled sensor mount to the drone.

The figure below shows the final mounted sensor module. Note that the direction of the sensor mount is identical to the figure.

4. We need 2 screws (Parts List, ID 15) for mounting the sensor.

Please make sure that the direction of the sensor is identical to the figures below.
