Clinic management system project.

there are 2 modes : admin mode and user mode

1. Admin mode operations:

   1. Add new patient record.
   2. Edit patient record.
   3. Reserve a slot with the doctor.
   4. Cancel reservation.

2. User mode operations:

   1. View patient record.
   2. View today’s reservations.
