Allow a user to use a provided global map and associated yaml file (instead of the default blank map).

Also while we're at it, increase the size of the default blank map

Note about this: to locate the robot taking into account this milestone's scope, we will assume that it starts from a fixed position (i.e. dock position) in the given map.
