Makes the error handling in
InitializeMultipartUploadmore consistent withUploadBufferand checks for the HTTP status code before looking for theUploadIdelement. When theUploadIDelement is not found, aIOErroris thrown now instead of an error that is displayed as "Invalid Error".I also added a .gitignore.
