Borrows the pinetab device tree from pine64-org u-boot repository to create a pinetab specific first stage bootloader. At this point, the only real difference is that the model: PinePhone message is not shown anymore (if looking at serial console). It is not clear which is the right dts file for pinetab, and it must anyway be trimmed (the panel section in particular), so this is still a kind of exercise.
