…acking generated thumbnails ## What's being changed The windows azure storage plugin file. ## Why it's being changed The code has been changed so that it doesn't throw an Exception for missing thumbnails if the mime type matches 'application/pdf'. Editors uploading PDFs into the media library were seeing an error, and the assets were not transferred to the CDN. ## How to review / test this change - Go to the Media Library - Upload a PDF - See no errors - Confirm the PDF can be downloaded from the CDN Related work items: #273868

This PR backports some 2024 changes we originally made to a copy of the plugin, stored in private version control.
