The content was far too big. Slimmed this down and moved much of the content to the MariaDB Knowledge Base. Also: * \s to show more connection information. * Read only recommendation for configuration file mounts, solves a Windows problem where it appears as rwxrwxrwx and MariaDB treats that as unsafe. https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-27038 * MARIADB_AUTO_UPGRADE explained. * Add links to related images * Add link to docker compose examples.

MariaDB plc has joined maintenance of this image.
The logo was disproportionally large when added, so restored to consistent size.
The page was drasticly oversized so I've moved most of this to our KB documentation.
Did some fairly extensive editing too.
I'm expecting examples to be contributed soon so the docs are slightly ahead of reality.
