Dev Container & Host home folder

Ideally, lauch virtual environment in Docker container using VSCode "Dev Container".

Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P -> Dev Containers: Reopen in container

.devcontainer/devcontainer.json has configuration to expose your user home folder on the root / in the container
