Testing done

• New code is covered by unit tests
• The primary unit test is just confirming that the form_id will become 686C-674-V2. Upon a completed, updated payload from the front end the unit tests will expand to include a full v2 submission. For now, this will suffice to allow FE to test the new payload on staging.

  • Tests need to be written for both the flipper on and flipper off scenarios. Docs.
