Added compatibility with Qt 5.6
Nullpointer with this sequence:
1. Create new document
2. Insert at exceeding index (i.e. 1 with a new document)
3. Try to write to document
4. Crash while writing, because internal structure has wrong index.

'
    QXlsx::Document xlsx(file_url);
    if(!xlsx.insertSheet(1, "records")){
        qDebug() << "Never here";
    }
    xlsx.write(1, 1, "id");
    xlsx.save();'
NullPointer insertSheet with exceeding index fix
Change install dir for QtXlsxWriterConfig.cmake
Each of the flags needs to be checked separately. Combining the flags
via boolean or doesn't give the expected result and makes the compiler
warn about "enum constant in boolean context [-Wint-in-bool-context]".
…ntext

Fixed misuse of boolean or in protection
Added support of multy-block (<p>...</p>) html
Read from the document or worksheet now will return an invalid
variant even if the formatting is set to date and/or time
Tests require the library installed first

to prevent loss of precision.

Fix warnings about construction initialization order
…nstant-warning
