add snapshot page detailing legacy syntax

this pr adds a new legacy snapshot syntax page that details how to configure snapshots using the now legacy jinja config block way.

since there might be instnces where configuring snapshots this way is beneficial, we're adding a legacy page, this ensures users still know how to configure snaphots this way and it doesn't get lost.
