  • point users to dbt-adapters in CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md, and pull_request_template.md
  • disable issue creation
  • turn off dependabot
  • remove the main branch tests (it was just a schedule around other workflows)
  • update the nightly releases branch because I noticed it was out of date
