The OSI notes were not correct. The HFE to 65D tool is not part of Thomas's WinOSI but a separate project by Mark, who happens to be the author of the other WinOSI, but it's still a separate project.
Also, the 540B is not the only graphics card that can draw inverse video. The (rare) 630 can do so, too. A screen driver for the 630 will be forthcoming.
