Member offboarding - Georgetown University #3838

I've removed the tenant from the member list and disabled them for future user selection. They've got 2 in PPR where they are listed as covering the DPC. There are 6 more that could be connected to Georgetown, but since they've been disabled, users won't be invited to connect to these. |

Georgetown University asked to terminate their Dryad membership and stop sponsoring data publications for their researchers.
The cutoff date is January 1, 2025, meaning that any datasets first submitted from January 1, 2025 onwards should be billed directly to researchers.
I will let them know that our policy expects that they will pay for any datasets that have entered curation stage by the cutoff date.
