Update terminal-colorsaurus version to 0.4.7

The terminal-colorsaurus library now supports Windows Terminal.

This PR enables background color detection in Windows Terminal (earlier it was always assumed to be dark).

• 🐛 delta is slow (noticeable lag) compared to default diff (11ms -> 76ms) in VSCode #1897

I tested this today on windows and noticed that it doesn't work.
Turns out it was a permission denied error when calling SetConsoleMode.
Should be fixed in terminal-colorsaurus 0.4.8 :)
