Please provide a summary of the changes made in this pull request:
The scrolling effect allows you to navigate through the page by scrolling through the papers and using the sidebar navigation.

  • What did you change?
    It has a sidebar navigation like the figma that will direct you to the respective paper. The scrolling effect allows to scroll through multiple pages.

Looks amazing so far! A couple of smaller details, when I resize the screen the text runs off the pages and the header/footer becomes shorter in width than the actual size of the screen.
