sysbuild-v0.16.0

This release was created so that the code in the target branch can be archived by Zenodo, so that a DOI can be generated for citation in my Senior Thesis. This release marks the version of jor1k used by the v0.16.0 release of sysbuild.

Releases in this repository will be synced with releases in sysbuild, so that we can easily identify the version of jor1k used in a particular release of sysbuild.
