Goals

  1. Make Slack accessible for clients, investors, partners, community, bounty hunters, etc (public);
  2. (later) Use English.

Channels

  1. general - public channel;
  2. random - for any offtopic: news, articles, conversations, etc;
  3. development - main dev channel;
  4. fun - memes, pics, etc;
  5. communications - auto generated events (calendar);
  6. ci_cd - for auto builds, bots, auto statistics, etc.

Rules

  1. Use threads. Answer each msg in a thread;
  2. Escalate by calling conclude's bot /raise "New feature 123 - SSI article discussion" in order to start new channel. Then use /conclude "Finished with SSI article. I will edit and fix it later" in order to close and archive it;
  3. Give tacos.

Bots

HeyTaco

HeyTaco - is a special chat-bot for Slack, with a main mission to spread appreciation! How? Very simple: by sharing tacos inside the remote team. Every member of a team can give to 5 tacos per day to another team members. Remember, tacos can be given only in public channels!

If you receive few tacos - you know that you have completed some important task and these tacos are the appreciation (reward) from your teammates.
