2023.02.12-prealpha

This release is a pre-alpha version of usdtweak provided for people who don't want to compile it on windows.
Be aware this is an early development version, it most likely contains bugs. some features are not complete and there is no user documentation yet. However it should be useable for simple edition tasks.
If you want contribute, the best way is to provide feedback and bug reports via the issues page
