Odisee: removed old VT Courts Online code

Changes in this release:

• Removed code related to the old VT Courts Online site
• Updated the sample files to use a fake docket from Odyssey
• Some typo and language fixes

Updated for Vermont's transition from accessing criminal records through VT Courts Online to the Vermont Judiciary Public Portal which uses Tyler Technology's Odyssey CMS. This version of the chrome extension will service both platforms until the Judiciary's transition is complete after February 1st, 2021 (see roadmap here).

Also included in this release is a simple github pages site for the chrome extension visible at https://codeforbtv.github.io/expunge-vt.
