v3 manifest for all stores. May not work for significantly older browsers, for Firefox browsers older than 109, use the legacy download (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/export-tabs-urls-phoenix-legac/).

For Chrome, need to install manually in dev mode. Can do the same for Firefox and Edge but extension store expected to be main installation process.
