Description
Introduces pluggable execution planning framework and replaces SerialPlanner as default with new ParallelPlanner. ParallelPlanner parallelizes execution of dependency paths recursively so all possible parallel execution paths are exploited. Snapshot storage and restore are also refactored and set to parallel as the default.
