Updating to .NET 6 and updating references.

This should update the algorithm used to generate the certificate to fix this issue.

Fixing acmeAccountKey

You can now use the generated ACME account key in future runs by copying it to a file in a previous step and using acmeAccountKeyPath.

Documentation update

Added info on how to pull the PFX out of secrets.

Initial Release

This action handles issuing a certificate through Let's Encrypt by managing the appropriate DNS entries via the cPanel API. The resultant private key will be saved to the repository's secrets.
