tetragon: extract linux_binprm member using CO:RE

struct linux_binprm contains valuable context regarding execution of new programs. Extract the path member from struct linux_binprm using CO:RE and make it available for use in TracingPolicy's. Signed-off-by: David Windsor <[email protected]>
