This is a UDK content release, intended for modders only. If you just want to install LWCE, grab the latest release.
To use: place XComGame.u in UDKGame/Script, and place LongWarCommunityEdition.upk in UDKGame/Content. Make sure that in UDKGame/Config/DefaultEngine.ini, you have added the line +EditPackages=XComGame after the other +EditPackages lines.
