I'm tired of upstream's nonsense. This milestone is considered complete when no communication whatsoever occurs any longer with wp.org.

This involves the following steps:

• [DONE] Disable news widget.
• Remove links to wp.org documentation and community.
• Replace internal wp.org urls with aspirepress.org where appropriate (api.wp.org mostly)
  • intermediate step: break all wp.org urls by changing them to waggypuppy.org (waggypuppy.org will never have anything but a static site)
