PDT building, TC and TD finding, named threads

Fix blunder due to missing commits in 0.0.1 so that we actually build PDT code.

Adds support for calling PDT's TriggerCandidate() and ModuleTrigger() algorithms.

Adds naming of threads.

This release requires PTMP 0.2.0. Older versions of PTMP are not compatible.
