Brain Dynamics Toolbox (version 2018a)

Changes
This is a major upgrade to the toolbox. The graphical user interface has been redesigned substantially. It now includes sliders and buttons for manipulating parameter values more easily. The plotting limits for each variable/parameter are now specified in the control panel itself. A time slider has also been added for managing transient dynamics. Initial conditions can now be automatically perturbed and/or evolved over successive simulation runs. The look and feel of the display panels have been redesigned. Individual panels can now be exported as Matlab figures. Nulllclines/planes have been added to the Phase Portrait. Three dimensional surface plots have been added to the space-time panel. Font sizes in the Equation panel can now be altered. A new panel has been added for bifurcation plots. A new panel has been added for user-defined auxiliary plotting functions. There is a new toolbar which is dedicated to the solver. The fidelity of the progress counter has been improved too. The previous dependencies on the Matlab Signal Processing and Statistics and Machine Learning toolboxes have been removed.

Installation
Download bdtoolkit-2018a.zip and unzip it into a directory of your choosing. Follow the instructions in the Getting Started section of the Handbook for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox.
