Changes
This version of the Brain Dynamics Toolbox includes major new features that improve the accessibility of GUI parameters and variables to the Matlab workspace. System parameters can now be manipulated directly from the workspace via the par property of the bdGUI class. Likewise, solution variables can be accessed via the var property. Solution variables and display panel outputs can also be saved to mat files via the System-Save menu. Other changes include three new panels and six new models. See the Release Notes for details.

Installation
Download bdtoolkit-2017b.zip from the link below. Unzip it into a directory of your choosing and then follow the instructions in the supplied README file.

MATLAB 2014b or newer.
