1. Status of project deliverables

   • This includes answering following questions for the deliverables:
     • What features (primary / domain-specific) do we have and how they were implemented ?
       • What is the status of these features after the 2nd milestone ?
     • Do we have API documentation ?
     • What is the chosen Web Standard ?
       • Its documentation and implementation
     • What is our testing strategy ?
       • Do we have unit tests, integration tests, which tools did we use ?

2. Lab 8 workload description

1. Split the Lab 8 work
2. Discussed the customer feedback for the second milestone.
   • We have identified completed shortcoming / absent / completed aspects of the project.
   • We have discussed the future improvements for the project.

📌 Action Items

1. Each team member will work on Lab 8 related tasks. Here is the work-load:

• Efe and Enes will identify the missing / completed points of the implemented futures.
• Efe will write the API documentation.
• Nazire and Çağatay will document the domain specific features.
• Tarık will document the Web standard (Accessibility).
• Aslı will write the meeting note and lab report.
• Atakan will document the testing strategy.

3. The tasks will be collected in PR#582

Lab 8 Task description:

• Create a PR dedicated to a checklist where you will link all work related to the checklist status: commits, wiki pages, issues, meeting notes, etc.
• Specify acceptance criteria and provide examples for each checklist item to ensure clear evaluation.
• Start the PR with a commit in a new branch and add commits to the branch and document all the work in the PR description and comments. Ensure that the commits include co-authors, if applicable. The description and comments should include the names of the main contributors related to the linked work.
• Finalize the PR by 8:00 PM today.
• Checklist items:
  • Primary features (e.g. semantic search, user management),
  • Domain-specific features (e.g. why they're specific, how they're implemented),
  • API and its documentation (e.g. endpoints, expected inputs, outputs),
  • Standard(s) being followed (e.g. its documentation, implementation),
  • Testing strategies (e.g. unit test coverage, integration testing, tools).
