This is basically the same as #48 (so look at that PR for more info) except the NBT library lives in bedrock-crustaceans/bedrockrs-nbt. I won't port the
worldfeature until we decide what to do with it.This is a separate PR from #48 to make it bit easier and smaller to review and not add 10 useless commits to the repo.
