Retro Action Items

Stop Doing

Stop moving tickets in QA without any explanation (PR#, Steps, System, Module, etc.)
Stop moving tickets to ready for QA at the last minute of the sprint.
Avoid duplicate requests for ops tickets. Talk to the front line.
Avoid pushing pure code tickets with no app impact to QA. Code review should suffice.
