kubectl explain: ignore trailing period

Fixes kubernetes#54891 

Ignores trailing period for kubectl explain i.e. `kubectl explain ingress.spec.rules.http.paths.` is valid and defaults to `kubectl explain ingress.spec.rules.http.paths`.
