This release is primarily for new improved team management apart from few bug fixes. With new team management users:

  1. would be better able to differentiate between topcoder and customer teams
  2. would be able to invite a non topcoder user by email
  3. can invite existing topcoder users by email
  4. can invite user by handle without waiting for auto suggest to complete

Note: This release introduced a new role called 'Observer', however, that role does not have any specific utility as now. This role should be equivalent to Manager role as of now. Product team is working to have more roles and their abilities.
