Motivation
Modify the parameters of the data add tasks for file collection.
Modifications
1.Modify the parameters of the data add tasks for file collection, add data add tasks based on agent IP.
2.When all data source tasks are deleted, the agent configuration is not deleted, but is processed when the cluster is deleted.
