Also found out that I hadn't included .pptx in the repository, should fix that at some point. Although the issue is minor as it only concerns the vectorized versions of the diagrams in the thesis.
I would love to return here and update the scripts to work on non-Windows platforms, but for my master's thesis I'll likely use LaTeX which is infinitely easier to keep in version control. Although I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to publish my work on my master's thesis which is a bit sad.
I also found out Word apparently has some built-in version control, probably should've looked into that at the time. But tinkering with the scripts was fun!
