Notes:

PBJelly is part of a larger package called PBSuite. It can be used to build new contigs but is often used to close the gaps between scaffolded-together contigs. A tutorial on how to gapclose with PBJelly can be found here.

Also note that PBJelly may need some editing of your $PATH.
