Updates the author lists in README.md and .zenodo.json. Obtained with the following git command:

git shortlog -sne 0.9.0..1.0.0-rc1

Everyone not present in the resulting list is moved to "Former authors" (README.md) and contributors (.zenodo.json).

The zenodoo json is not valid because of a missing attribute for contributors.
