- Eq and Hash are based on the underlying FPDF_BOOKMARK handle, making them quite performant. - Clone is derived; replacing the hand-written private clone() function, but retaining the same behavior.

In particular, this allows a user of pdfium-render to explore the bookmark graph while being robust against cycles.
