How to host a meetup

We have a few requirements for hosting a meetup:

  • Have a room available with a TV/Projector for the presentations
  • [Optional] Provide beers - nice, but not mandatory
  • [Optional] Provide Food (Pizzas or Snacks)

Usually, we ask the host to do a presentation, where they can have a very small company intro and mention if they are hiring or not.

The room should host at least 20 people since we usually have about 30-40 attendees.
