Added Battery SOC. See this request.

Do not to forget to add/configure to soliscloud_to_pvoutput.cfg:
domot_batterysoc_id = 0
mqtt_batterysoc_id = batterysoc

Note that I could not test the battery SOC, because I do not have a battery.
