Fix:
- Correctly display 12-hour format time depending on the 24-hour system preference

- Widget now fits in just 2 rows and 4 columns whenever possible
- Compatibility with right-to-left layouts
- Japanese translation (@naofum)
Furthermore, project structure has been migrated to a modern, clearer one by @z3ntu, and metadata for F-Droid has been embedded in the repo by @Roboe and @Rudloff
