Refined the placement of gate labels when using Navigraph layouts as recommended by the AMDB spec ED-99D rules.
[AMDB-D056]:
If a Stand Guidance Line exists, the ASRN node **should** be located on an associated Stand Guidance Line at the point closest to the centroid of the Parking Stand Area[AMDB-D057]:
If no Stand Guidance Line exists, the ASRN node **should** be located at the centroid of the Parking Stand Area
