First batch of pre-launch tweaks:

  • Link to the Tools library on the Madlib section of the homepage
  • Link to the How to use the site on the top section of the homepage
  • Link to the MPA lifecycle on the lifecycle section of the homepage and the "More on this framework" tooltip, on the lifecycle component atop all pages.

More to come, most likely.
