Tested the golden path (where everything is data-entered as expected) with production-like data.
I was able to save the form as complete the form with no issues!

Excluding the functionalities related to sections 1-4b, which will be revised in the upcoming UDS v4, the form can be successfully saved and submitted even if these sections contain null inputs. Ensure the behavior of the form sections pertaining to Biological Parents, Siblings, and Children.
