0.8, and a large number of last minute changes for 0.8:

  * Crate Drop: Pings now spawns for correct player to see it.
  * Crate Drop: Pings now share a script.
  * Crate Drop is now *portable*.
    * This means it no longer requires the strict 
`/mods/brewlan_rng/cratedrop` directory structure.
    * Scripts now check file path locations, or used reference hooks.
    * The white headband top hat now has a it's own copy of the model, 
instead of a reference.
    * The mod icon is the only non-portable part of the mod.
  * Disabled nuke mines from tying to use the FAF feature to instantly 
detonate on ctrl-k, since it was causing an error.
  * Changed the death weapons of nuke mines so they also work on FAF.
  * The Crab Egg Salem is now buildable on the waters surface as well as 
land.
  * Tech 3 armoured gates now have a centre sections that appears when 
they're an end piece, corner piece, or alone.
  * Corrected targetting bones on armoured gates, so they go to the 
ground, not to the side, when closed.
  * Collision model fixes and tweaks:
    * Vishuum, Solaris, Uosthuum, Night Skimmer, Adramelech, Gantry, 
Excalibur, Ivan, CJ-00F4T-2, PW4TH12-ST Capacitor, Darkness, Recoil, 
Harrow, Procyon Offering, Absolution, Iyadesu, Bessemer Reactor,
