• new field added to tnris documents table for solutions group meeting notes (SGM); notes docs s3 url now in api endpoint so these docs can be automatically reflected on the tnris.org frontend at /geographic-information-office/gis-solutions-group/

instructor domain added for forum training; new forum training view to front end which includes instructors from domain through new relate table; some form customization for forum trainings ---> select multiple instructors for one training record; resolved issue #11; etc

TNRIS.org Content

TNRIS website content tables added - tnris_document, tnris_image, tnris_training, & tnris_forum_training. Updated rest endpoint to include training and forum training to be used in the tnris.org website front end. Documents and images are uploaded and stored in AWS S3 now.
