Adding
nbmakeandjupyter-bookinto the base conda environment is tricky for maintenance. This new approach adds a separate environment (bookbuilder) for these tools (using conda-lock for reproducibility), and executes the notebooks by pointing nbmake to thebaseenvironment as the notebook kernel.
